Last Insert

Hitting gi in normal mode will take you to the last location where you were in insert mode. This is great for bouncing back to where you were editing after browsing the current buffer from normal mode.

It's a bit like `. and '. which does a jump to the position of the last change. I prefer them because it makes more sense to use a marks command rather than another g-something command (although gi is easy to remember for goto insert). Also, normally you don't go into insert mode without editing something so `. and gi should be the same most of the time.

A personal tip: The 'It's all text' addon for firefox lets you use vim (or any other editor) for textareas in Firefox.
